Do gallons of fuel burned in the power plant to charge the car not count?
Does this mean PURE electric vehicles get INFINITE miles to the gallon?

I calculate the Volt's equivalent mpg is ~39 not 230. I don't think it is a cure, I think it's political bullshit.
