What is wrong with my Chevy Tahoe? Need to fix her up really soon,?

I bought a Chevy Tahoe for a steal..nice body but needs a little work. My Pontiac Transport just died..transmission issue for the 2nd time! The Tahoe will not let me make sharp turns without shutting off or hesitating..even when I put it in reverse.Want to fix her. Kelly Blue Book Value is 3500.00 bought her for 1400.00 it was better than a note for 60 months @ $350.00!!

Not knowing the year, and engine size, need a little more information.
1/ check for codes, record them, and erase and see what codes come back.
2/ Fuel pressure check, and flow volume.
3/ Check to see if the troddle body is clean.
4/ When was the fuel filter last replaced, and use a factory one, had troubles with after market filters.
5/ Check all electrical connections, including grounding straps, from the battery and on the engine, and transmission.
6/ Might also want the disconnect the ehaust and drive around the corner and see if the problem is still there, could also be a restriction within the ehaust system.
7/ check fuel cap, hoses, vac, and evaporation lines.
