If you have no financial questions, go for Lincoln Navigator.

For a large SUV, the Tahoe would be a good choice. Being a year
newer than the Navigator is a good thing, then its a matter of
how well it has been cared for and miles.

The Navigator would have the nicer interior, but the Tahoe would be more reliable. I'd however recommend a car. The last thing a woman of that age needs is a big vehicle that can't handle or stop quickly. Unless she needs to tow something regularly or haul lumber or something she should just get a car.
