Seems too cheap.

Run a Carfax and hire a mobile mechanic for $80 to check it.

That is very cheap. Usually they go for over $8K+ minimum. The average would be around $11K. If you're going to buy it make sure you get the VIN and get a Carfax on it. If the Carfax comes out clean then make sure you pay close attention to the car if your going to test drive it. Check under the car for leaks and around it to find any signs of damage.
