First check your gas cap. It has to be twisted on two turns/clicks to lock, if not done properly the light will come on. It takes two warm-up cycles (cold start to warm x 2) for the light to reset if this is the case. Otherwise you have an intermittent emission sensor problem and the light will come on frequently until the problem is found.
