When i turn on the AC the RPM bounce up and down until it would just stall out my engine. I notice that it happens when the vent recirculate button is on. But it only happens when the AC or defogging my front windshield that the engine would bog out. I check the load with an amp-meter and the amps are 11.8amps. Can't figure this one out PLEASE help me all you CHEVY GURU's MECHANICS out there
